Order Paper

This is the white paper on how the virtual parliament will work.

  1. The speaker i.e. administrator will call for papers to be presented on important issues facing Sri Lanka and members of the different groups or “political parties” will present their own policies or solutions to problems identified;
  2. The matters can be debated on blogs through comments or debated in the forums;
  3. A vote will be taken after a lengthy debate;
  4. The Speaker’s ruling on all matters will be final.
